As a qualified personal trainer and gym instructor with an extensive background in competitive sports, I am offering a fun all over body fitness workout. In a limited group and over a variety of
workouts including circuit, HIIT, intervals, endurance, cardio, SAQ etc – together we will motivate, support and achieve those fitness goals.
From weight management, body transformation, overall fitness levels and general wellbeing, take the step towards a fitter, stronger healthier you.
• Bookings in blocks of 4 and 8.
• U18s must be accompanied by an adult.

As a qualified personal trainer, gym and fitness instructor with a background in competitive sport I will support, motivate and challenge you to achieve these goals.
